Surrender an animal
We accept most legal species of herps (snakes, lizards, frogs or turtles)
or other exotic animals. We ask that you donate any applicable
equipment that you may have (lighting, cages, supplements, etc.) at the
time of surrender, but we do not require it.
Filling out the surrender form verifies that you agree that you hereby
donate the described animal to The Creature Program. You understand
and agree that the animal will become the sole property of The Creature
Program. You further understand that you hereby relinquish all rights to
the animal permanently and without further recourse. You further release
The Creature Program from any claims, present or future, related to the
disposition of such animal.
If you agree to that statement, you may surrender your animal to us by
filling out our Surrender Form.
