Hlessonagreement

1. If I cancel a lesson for any reason, a make up lesson may be
scheduled.

2. If lessons are canceled due to weather, no make up lesson will be
scheduled.

3. A student must call to cancel a lesson before 9 am of the lesson day
in order to receive a make up lesson; otherwise no make up lesson may
be scheduled.

4. Monthly fees are tuition based and will not be altered due to missed
lessons.

5. Practice is essential to success, please do everything you can to
promote positive practice time.

6. Books will generally be ordered by the teacher, then billed the
following month.
